- Pay Range: $43.68 - $50.86 Hourly (Please note that the pay rate will range from 82% - 100% based on your location.)
- Hybrid - Must be in NYC (Tue-Thur required)
We are looking for an Associate Project/Program Manager to join our team.
The role will need to support both our Sponsorship work and our Design team . We want their experience focused on Project Management, less focused on Advertising or Design, those are nice to haves. It’s heaving on project management – they need to be able to manage multiple workflows at the same time, be proactive and excited to be there, and not afraid of asking questions.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years’ experience with non-technical project/program management
Adaptable and action oriented
Understands how to make change
Relationship management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong execution and experience hosting and delivering on global complex projects
Experience in Advertising or Sponsored Content
Experience with managing projects within the Design lifecycle
Working knowledge of project life cycle
Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights and recommended actions
Ability to logically structure and analyze ambiguous problems
Ability to communicate with executive team, business and recruiting leaders
Ability to be highly productive and proactive with supporting key stakeholders
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little
supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
