Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into the organization's databases and systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data cleaning tasks to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data entries and provide support to team members as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role, with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and database management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
