Client Overview: Our client, a skincare and cosmetics brand, is seeking an Office Manager / Receptionist to join their team!
Office Manager / Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain a tidy and aesthetically pleasing reception area in line with the brand image
- Manage deliveries and incoming/outgoing mail
- Oversee daily office operations and supplies, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Order and organize office and kitchen supplies, promotional materials, and product samples
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and events
- Liaise with building management and external vendors for maintenance and services
- Assist in organizing team events, product launches, or influencer visits
- Support HR and operations with onboarding materials, filing, and scheduling interviews
- Prepare internal reports, meeting notes, and presentations as needed
- Manage and track petty cash, office expenses, and invoices
- Provide general support to other departments when necessary
Office Manager / Receptionist Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office management or receptionist role (experience in beauty/fashion a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industries is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
