The Vice President of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain operations for the LVMH Beauty Division. The role is instrumental in building efficient partnerships with all the Brands in scope and guaranteeing the efficacy of the Beauty Division Supply Chain in North America. Overseeing the distribution centers (1 main DC inhouse and 4 3PL DCs), the supply planning, forecasting and order processing department, the VP should lead the teams to optimize processes, secure Brands’ assets, and execute sales orders planned by our Brands partners.
Job Responsibilities - Develop and implement the supply chain strategy to support the overall business objectives of the LVMH Beauty Division.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes, including logistics and distribution.
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Drive initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Implement and leverage advanced supply chain technologies and systems to optimize operations.
- Prepare and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
- Distribution Center:
- Lead a group of 250+ regular employees, 100+ temporary staff and 4 3PL warehouses. Maintain and develop all the logistic processes to support the $1.5B+ sales in scope covering 10 brands of the P&C branch on BtoB and Ecommerce
- Lead the relationship with our external partners, where partial activity is outsourced. External partners are composed of 3 3PL based in Canada and 1 3PL based in USA
- Stand as a reliable local partner to the Brands by maintaining a strong business relationship with HQs Operations managements
- Supply Planning, Forecasts/Order Processing:
- Lead the team (35+employees) in charge and actively drive their performance vs. objectives
- Stand as a local business partner to the Brands by building a solid connection with General/Sales management of each Brands in scope
- Drive our supply chain to be very customer focused with a relationship in place with key retailers/customers to meet mutual business objectives.
- Define the short/mid/long term vision for the P&C Supply Chain in North America, define the strategies to deliver and execute the action steps to anticipate the business growth and drive efficiency

- 40 to 50 3PL staff spread thru US and Canada in 4 different locations: Las Vegas (Ecommerce), 3 in Toronto (BtoB, Ecommerce, reverse logistic)
Profile
A minimum of 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry is highly desirable Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Proven experience in projects-based environment Capable of managing multiple deadlines with proven organizational skills Exigent and curious Dynamic, flexible, and driven to succeed Strong analytic propension and continuous improvement oriented Able to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated Strong team player and strong relationship builder Strong understanding of operations and systems Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $235,000-$310,000.
