HR Administrator

Trinity Consultants – Built Environment Pillar is seeking an HR Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the HR Generalist this role will collaborate with the management team, employees, and other corporate function departments. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
As an integral part of the HR department, this person will support and enhance HR operations, ensuring the functionality and growth of Trinity’s Built Environment Pillar employees. This position is key to maintaining and promoting the firm’s culture and core values.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage, update, and post job descriptions for all positions within the Built Environment Pillar.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to foster a collaborative recruiting process.
- Support the HR Generalist in facilitating interviews and the selection process.
- Manage the process of extending employment applications and job offers to selected candidates.
Onboarding
- Assist the HR Generalist and managers in creating structured onboarding agendas for new hires, ensuring they receive all necessary training, introductions, and resources for a smooth transition.
- Conduct New Hire Orientation meetings to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate internally with Trinity teams before a new hire’s start date to ensure all equipment and IT needs are identified and set up in advance.
- Handle new hire paperwork, ensuring accurate data entry into company systems and proper distribution to relevant departments.
Offboarding
- Manage all offboarding tasks, including processing necessary forms, distributing required notices and paperwork, conducing offboarding meetings, and collecting company property.
Other Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate internship and co-op programs within the Built Environment Pillar by collaborating with universities and colleges to attract top talent, managing recruitment efforts, and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for interns to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Pull and analyze reports from our databases to support decision-making and compliance tracking.
- Support the HR Generalist in reviewing the bi-weekly payroll register to ensure accuracy before processing.
- Process all Personnel Change Forms related to new hires, departures, and status changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies by staying familiar with the employee handbook and assisting employees with HR-related questions.
Preferred Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ prior experience in HR, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy, and a self-disciplined approach to establishing priorities to meet multiple concurrent deadlines both for themselves, and others. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with HRIS systems a plus.
