Title: Order Fulfillment Manager
Location: St. Paul, MN
Salary Range: $88,000 - $110,000 Annually
The Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations staff at the Shipping Center, which includes managing order configurations for build-to-order products, pick-to-ship product orders, and warranties. This role also entails inventory management for finished goods designated for pick-to-ship order types. The Manager ensures that all daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are tracked and met while maintaining a 5S standard in the Shipping Center. This role requires collaboration with other warehouse managers and staff to ensure effective management of configured devices. It is critical that the Order Fulfillment Manager upholds the company’s guiding principles and demonstrates those principles with both internal and external stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the configuration team at the Shipping Center.
- Oversee the configuration operations of the Shipping Center.
- Ensure the fulfillment of work orders by implementing and maintaining established standards and procedures.
- Define, communicate, and monitor the team's daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Maintain the Finished Goods inventory policy.
- Manage and communicate daily KPIs and outcomes to the team.
- Fulfill orders, including device configuration, and manage the shipping process.
- Maintain efficient communication with customer service regarding future order planning.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the workflow and configuration process to eliminate waste.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory mandates within the team.
- Be responsible for the safety of employees and visitors in the Shipping Center.
- Develop and sustain a 5S program in the Configuration Center to promote organization and cleanliness.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- A degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience may be accepted in lieu of educational requirements.
- Ability to quickly and responsibly resolve issues as they arise.
- In-depth understanding of workflows and the ability to identify changes that improve outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, inventory control, and stock movements.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong sense of urgency and time management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to retain and manage critical information.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to operate motorized assisted lifts.
- Physical: Up to 8 hours of computer keyboarding per day.
- Time: Full-time employees are expected to work an average of 40 hours per week. Additional hours (subject to overtime) may be required as needed, including outside "normal" business hours.
- Presence: Full-time onsite presence is required.
- Travel: Up to 10% of domestic travel may be expected.
- Other: Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs occasionally.
