Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
The Warehouse/Receiving team member plays a critical role in the smooth operation of our warehouse. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring all materials are properly accounted for and stored. This individual contributes to overall inventory accuracy and helps maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Accountabilities in Receiving:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Match packing slips with purchase orders and report discrepancies
- Unload trucks and properly stage or store materials
- Accurately label, tag, and log received items into the inventory system
- Communicate with purchasing team regarding received goods
- Assist with returns, freight claims, and tracking missing shipments
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations staff to ensure efficient workflow
Key Accountabilities as Warehouse Associate:
- Cycle Counting
- Receiving
- Order Fulfillment/ Packaging
- Stocking
Other:
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas, racking, aisles and overall warehouse
- Continually look for ways to improve processes and systems to make them more efficient and effective
- Comply with quality and safety standards
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Regularly communicate with other internal departments regarding product information, customer requirements or vendor information
- May assist the production team in production of custom packaging products, including machine operating and assembly as needed

Salary Transparency
The pay range for this position is $20-22/hour. Please note that the higher end of the pay range is reserved for candidates with extensive experience and qualifications that exceed the requirements of the role. Most new hires typically start at the beginning of the pay range, with opportunities for growth and increases based on performance and tenure. In addition, this position may eligible for an additional monthly incentive, contingent upon the achievement of departmental goals. This incentive is not guaranteed and is based on the performance of the department in meeting predetermined objectives. Further details about the incentive program will be provided during the interview process or upon hire. Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, interpret and comprehend documents such as training instructions, shipping tickets, procedure manuals, etc. at a fast pace.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and efficiently
- Basic level computer skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pass and maintain Forklift certification. Forklift experience preferred
- Previous material handing or warehouse experience preferred
- Must be able to bend, stoop and reach
- Ability to regularly lift 20 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment
- Indoor general /warehouse environment. Temperature fluctuation due to dock doors opening and closing
- On your feet approximately 8 hours per day
