We are seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to join our revenue team as the Senior Vice President, Head of Aggregator & Growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive partnership and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and profit margin expansion.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep expertise in digital marketing, aggregator partnerships, and direct-to-consumer growth strategies. You will oversee a team of partnership managers, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, and work closely with external partners to enhance product offerings, optimize marketing channels, and drive financial performance. This role requires a keen focus on data analytics, conversion rate optimization, and performance marketing. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth and profit margin expansion.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key aggregator partners and direct-to-consumer marketing channels.
- Utilize data analytics and performance marketing insights to refine user experience, optimize conversion rates, and improve marketing channel effectiveness.
- Own and drive portfolio financial performance, including P&L management and performance metric tracking.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of partnership and marketing professionals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive initiatives that enhance the customer journey and optimize the acquisition funnel.
- Identify and champion new products, features, and capabilities to support partner and customer growth.
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, revenue growth, or product management, with a strong track record in driving direct-to-consumer and aggregator partnerships.
- 3+ years of experience working with aggregator platforms.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with a strong ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
- Expertise in digital marketing analytics, conversion rate optimization, and lead funnel optimization.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SAS, SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, and Salesforce CRM.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that optimize acquisition costs and maximize revenue.
- Strong understanding of consumer finance products, particularly personal loans.
- Experience researching and launching innovative growth initiatives.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for analytics, customer insights, and industry trends.
