Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Manager at Eurowise. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse management. Additionally, the role will involve supervising employees and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead a team, manage employee schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate staff
- Operations Management: Experience in managing warehouse operations, including oversight of shipping and receiving processes, inventory control, and warehouse layout optimization
- Inventory Control: Proficiency in inventory management systems and ability to conduct cycle counts, maintain inventory records, and reconcile any discrepancies
- Warehouse Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Customer Service: Ability to communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Shopify online platform is a plus
