Job Description
Alston & Bird has an immediate opening in the Finance Practice Group for junior associates with 1 to 2 years’ experience. These positions will be part of the Corporate Trust, Agency and Asset Servicing Team. Transactional and/or workout experience with securitization (any asset classes), corporate finance (loan and bond), collateralized loan obligations, and/or structured finance are strongly desired. Experience representing corporate trustees, servicers and/or agents is beneficial but not required. The ideal candidate will have excellent credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and relevant experience.
