Paymentus is looking for a Graphic Designer who will be a key player that participates in the design process from conceptualization to completion. This position will build and manage visual systems that support brand consistency across all marketing related design materials.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
- Contribute to all design projects, from conception to delivery, including print, digital, emails, direct mail, flyers, etc.
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products and services
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with team to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
- Work closely with our Senior designer on a variety of projects
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility or direct reports, but may serve as a coach or mentor to other members of the team.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent preferred
- Hand-on-experience with image editing software, such as Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to visual details
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.
Physical Demands
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
We do not anticipate travel for this role.
