We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Scientist to be invested in the design, development, and continuous improvement of adhesive products. The ideal candidate will drive innovation by collaborating with internal teams and customers to meet unique specifications and create groundbreaking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new adhesive products that align with customer needs and sales leads.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions meeting complex aerospace, defense, and industrial requirements.
- Lead projects focused on developing and enhancing high-performance epoxy adhesives.
- Conduct detailed material testing and analysis to ensure product effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to sales, production, and other internal departments.
- Stay up to date with advancements in adhesive technologies, practices, and regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Deliver product presentations and solutions to key stakeholders, including customers and internal leadership.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field (highly preferred). A master’s degree with significant experience will be considered.
- Extensive knowledge of epoxy chemistry and adhesive formulations, with a proven track record of successful product development.
- Experience in material testing, quality assurance, and product validation.
