As we scale, we are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Associate to support our team in executing marketing campaigns, managing B2B partnerships, and ensuring operational efficiency.

You’re smart, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments. You understand both B2B and B2C dynamics and can seamlessly switch between executing marketing campaigns and managing client operations. You’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and always a step ahead in keeping things organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & CRM Management:
- Manage and execute email, SMS, and push notification campaigns and flows via HubSpot and Klaviyo.
- Test and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
B2B Operations & Coordination:
- Track and manage B2B payments, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Oversee B2B content deliveries, ensuring all assets are delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate and schedule B2B client calls, ensuring all necessary stakeholders are informed.
- Prepare for B2B calls by compiling key insights, proposal details, and relevant updates.
- Maintain records of proposals and agreements, ensuring all follow-ups and deliverables are tracked.
What You Bring:
- Experience in a startup environment, understanding the need for agility and resourcefulness.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo or Mailchimp) (certifications are a plus).
- Hands-on experience in B2B and B2C marketing and operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize performance.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
