We’re building the software infrastructure that enables hospital-quality care, at home. As healthcare costs have increased, the patient’s home has become incredibly important as a site of care.
Yet, patients recovering at home are highly underserved. Patients can only get better at home if they receive the high-quality care that they need reliably. The existing in-home care process involves a patchwork of different vendors, all connected through faxes and phone calls. We’re building modern, robust software that solves this challenge. We currently operate across 49 states with most of the largest health systems in the US.

NOTE: This is a non-role-specific job post intended to identify strong candidates to be considered for one of several open Strategy & Ops roles at Verse. The best fit role for a candidate will likely be determined after the initial interview.
What The Role Consists Of
- Plan, execute and scale complex business development initiatives
- Own customer/partner relationships in key work streams, including new partnership development and expansion of existing partnerships.
- Unlike a conventional strategy role, this is a highly execution- and implementation-oriented role. You will be required to actually operate the function yourself, rather than simply dictating how it aught to be operated by someone else or some other team.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in a previous consulting, banking, or other intellectually rigorous
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to spend a significant amount of the day on the phone
- Consultative, willing to take feedback and iterate accordingly
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Willingness to take on complex and ambiguous challenges with a can-do attitude. This role may occasionally require extended working hours to meet deadlines and achieve business-critical objectives

$70,000 - $130,000 a year
