Compensation
- $800 weekly salary
- Bonus for follow-up repairs
- Commission for self closed sales.

Responsibilities
Client management: Discuss jobs with homeowners, resolve issues or conflicts, communicate milestone updates of the project
Oversee roofing crew: Monitoring 4-5 jobs in a day ensuring the jobs are done efficiently and up to the company's standard of quality. Transportation and gas provided.
Managing supplies: Ensuring the crew has everything they need to complete the job on time. Proper disposal of materials after work day; ensuring safety on the property.

Follow-up repairs from previously finished projects
