As a Logistics Coordinator in our logistics division, you will be the strategic
partner for our clients, acting as the primary point of contact and driving
success across logistics and consumer packaged goods (CPG) accounts. You
will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring
satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. This role blends logistics
knowledge with CPG industry insight to deliver value-driven, end-to-end
supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders in both logistics and CPG sectors. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams.
- Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts by aligning our services with client goals in logistics, retail distribution, and CPG supply chains. Partner with sales, operations, and marketing to deliver strategic solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively addressing client needs, resolving challenges, and ensuring consistent follow-through. Actively gather and act on client feedback to improve service.
- Integrated Logistics & CPG Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, tailored for both logistics and CPG clients.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide clients with detailed performance reports. Analyze logistics and CPG trends to identify operational efficiencies and growth opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Manage and resolve client escalations effectively and with urgency. Implement long-term solutions that support sustained client satisfaction.
- Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with both company standards and client expectations in the logistics and CPG sectors.
- Performance & Results: Consistently achieve and exceed sales margin, revenue goals, and service KPIs. Deliver measurable value to clients through operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, logistics, or CPG-related industries.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive account growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to leverage data and market trends to support strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems.
- Experience with logistics operations and/or CPG supply chains.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of $60K annually. This role does not include a commission structure.
- Hybrid work model: 4 days work-from-home, 1 day in-office per week. Transition to a 3 days remote / 2 days in-office schedule once our new office space is completed (expected in 6–8 months).
