Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, optimizing processes, and supporting procurement and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with supply chain software, and a passion for improving operational efficiency. Stability is very important for this role – we are looking for candidates with a consistent work history and a desire to grow within the department.
Job Duties:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain supply chain performance metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and inventory teams to improve supply chain operations.
• Conduct cost analysis and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend inventory optimization strategies.
• Assist in supplier evaluation and performance analysis.
• Develop forecasting models to predict inventory needs and demand patterns.
• Support the implementation of supply chain technology solutions (ERP, SAP, etc.).
• Participate in process improvement projects and recommend best practices.
• Perform bulk scheduling and material scheduling/planning to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0-2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, procurement, or logistics.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (SAP, Oracle, Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong Excel experience (no need for advanced formulation, V-lookups, or pivot tables).
• Experience with production planning is a plus.
• Desire to learn and grow within the department.
