Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful cutover of their SAP implementation with a focus on invoicing processes. This role will play a key part in ensuring that the SAP system's invoicing functionalities transition smoothly into production and operate efficiently post-go-live. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and other departments to ensure that all aspects of the invoicing processes are tested, migrated, and fully operational. Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist the project manager and other team members in coordinating various tasks related to the SAP cutover, with a specific focus on invoicing processes
- Invoicing Process Mapping: Collaborate with the invoicing team to document and understand current processes, then assist in the transition to the new SAP system
- Cutover Planning and Execution: Assist with the development of cutover plans and schedules; Support in tracking milestones, ensuring deadlines are met, and managing risks related to the invoicing module
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with various business stakeholders, including finance, operations, and IT teams, to ensure that invoicing requirements are accurately captured, validated, and implemented in the new SAP system
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for invoicing-related functionalities within SAP; Ensure that all invoicing scenarios are tested and that issues are flagged and resolved promptly
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, issues, and resolutions. Ensure that all cutover activities, including invoicing-related tasks, are well-documented
- Training and Support: Assist in preparing training materials and documentation for end-users focused on the new SAP invoicing processes; Coordinate training sessions and post-implementation support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within SAP projects, with specific experience in invoicing, finance, or related areas
- SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP invoicing modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP SD) and understanding of key invoicing processes
- Project Management: Strong project coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoicing processes and cutover tasks
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster a cooperative working environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
