Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Clerk at La Rocks located in Los Angeles, CA. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting information into QuickBooks or spreadsheet system, verifying accuracy of data, and maintaining and updating records as necessary. The individual is also responsible for performing administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing.
Qualifications
- Experience using QuickBooks or accounting knowledge
- Computer literacy, ability to use Microsoft Office and other company-specific software
- Administrative assistance skills such as organizing and managing files and records
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus
- Experience in data entry, administrative assistance is preferred
