Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Operations located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The General Manager Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and handle budgeting. Responsibilities will include coordinating and managing operations, developing and implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
