Hybrid schedule: Office in the Washington DC area – M/T/Th in-office; W/F remote
We’re seeking a hands-on Director of Supply Chain with proven experience in both direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment and cold chain logistics. This is a critical, high-impact role within a fast-growing company delivering consumer products directly to customers across the U.S.
You’ll manage all aspects of the supply chain function – from forecasting and procurement to shipping and 3PL management – for a business processing over 21,000 monthly shipments. This is a unique opportunity for a tactical and strategic operator who enjoys full ownership and thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end supply chain operations: planning, procurement, logistics, 3PL, inventory
- Develop and execute demand forecasts and replenishment plans to meet customer needs
- Oversee cold chain shipping operations and partner with multiple 3PLs across U.S. regions
- Identify and address supply chain risks; drive process improvements using data insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, customer service, and leadership teams
- Manage supplier relationships and hold partners accountable to performance standards
What You’ll Bring
- Direct-to-consumer (DTC) and cold chain logistics experience – both are required
- Background in food, refrigerated consumer goods, or ecommerce fulfillment preferred
- Proficiency with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, graphs/charts)
- Experience in demand planning, inventory management, 3PL/vendor oversight
- Strong analytical mindset; confident in forecasting and data-driven decision-making
- Comfort in a hands-on, single-person department role
- Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment

- Compensation: Up to $150K+ base salary + bonus potential
- Relocation: Available for the right candidate
