Are you an Customer Success Manager who is an expert in account management and previously worked in the Fintech or SaaS space, looking for career growth and recognition in a groundbreaking startup?

You'll be among the early sales hires, working closely with the Product, Engineering and GTM team to drive their growth targets. Your primary responsibility will be onboarding new customers, establishing relationships and being trusted advisor to continuously improve their user experience.

The Role:
*Onsite to Hybrid
*Onboarding, Account Management and trusted advisor for new customers and channel partners
*Drive growth and improve customer retention
*Work closely with the product and engineering team to improve customer experience
*Up selling and cross selling State of the art Fintech / AI technology
The Person:
*Previous Account Management or Customer Success commercial experience
*Previously sold a Fintech or SaaS product
*Looking for career progression
*US Citizen or Green Card Holder
*Wants to be within an agile startup environment
