We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Designer - Digital Marketing to join our team and drive visual storytelling across our digital channels. The Digital Designer - Digital Marketing will be responsible for creating compelling digital assets that support our marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, brand identity, and user engagement to develop designs that enhance our online presence and drive conversions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop visually engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, website banners, display ads, and other online materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short video clips for social media and digital ads.
- Design and optimize landing pages, infographics, and digital brochures to support content marketing and lead generation.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated on digital design trends and best practices to continually enhance creative output.
- Work closely with developers and content creators to produce visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Assist in A/B testing creatives to measure performance and improve engagement.
- Maintain a library of digital assets and templates for efficient content creation.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles for web and mobile.
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital advertising best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing digital design work, including social media graphics, web assets, and branding projects.
