We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Designer - Digital Marketing to join our team and drive visual storytelling across our digital channels. The Digital Designer - Digital Marketing will be responsible for creating compelling digital assets that support our marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, brand identity, and user engagement to develop designs that enhance our online presence and drive conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop visually engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, website banners, display ads, and other online materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short video clips for social media and digital ads.
Design and optimize landing pages, infographics, and digital brochures to support content marketing and lead generation.
Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Stay updated on digital design trends and best practices to continually enhance creative output.
Work closely with developers and content creators to produce visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Assist in A/B testing creatives to measure performance and improve engagement.
Maintain a library of digital assets and templates for efficient content creation.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles for web and mobile.
Knowledge of social media trends and digital advertising best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio showcasing digital design work, including social media graphics, web assets, and branding projects.
