Junior Project Manager - Software Implementations
Location: Philadelphia Suburbs - Onsite 4 days a week

About the Role:
Seeking a client-focused project leader to manage onboarding and implementation of customized fintech software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute firm onboarding projects and workflow integrations
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned firms
- Coordinate across internal teams, carriers, and third-party providers
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and communications
- Facilitate meetings, UAT testing, and post-launch support
- Maintain documentation and manage client relationships proactively
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–5 years in project management, client implementation, business analysis or investment operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA
