Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Greater Philadelphia at QVC. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office management software
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in retail, media, or social commerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
