About the Role:As a Front Office Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming and professional environment while handling essential administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the front desk area in a tidy and presentable manner
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and clients
Support administrative and office management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and friendly attitude
Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
