Job details:
Role: Junior Business Process Analyst
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technology teams to develop and deliver automation and AI solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct cross-functional audits to identify procedural inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process optimization, automation, and AI technologies.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Proven experience in working with technology teams to develop and deliver solutions.
- Knowledge of automation and AI technologies and their application in business process optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and technology teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
Location: Charlotte, NC 28202
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $52,000 to $60,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
