Leads diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with management to define and lead projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May provide workflow direction.
Line Of Business Job Description And Responsibilities
The role is for a Business Support Lead role, with a focus on managing resource routines across the hiring lifecycle supporting two teams. Together, these teams comprise over 3,000 professionals primarily based in the United States, United Kingdom and India and supporting all lines of business across the enterprise.
The role is part of the wider EIT - GRA Business Operations and Control team who are responsible for driving coherent, efficient Operations and Governance across Enterprise Independent Testing and Global Risk Analytics. The team are responsible for several interrelated functions including governance and business control, financial and resource management, workforce and site strategy, executive routines, communications, and training. This role will support the business in all aspects of resource management including open requisition review, approvals, reporting, as well as preparing headcount analytics and reports across Executives. The role holder will be required to research, analyze data and produce high quality presentations and management information for management whilst proactively contribute to the improvement of operational efficiency and internal processes.

- Highly proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $80.00/hr.
