Paramount FMS is a single source provider of Office Furniture, Commercial Move Services, Warehousing, Liquidation, Project Management, Installation Services and Furniture Asset Management. A licensed dealer of over 100 different product lines from workstations, desking and seating to conference, collaboration, lounge and filing.
We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to support and oversee warehouse operations under the direction of the Director of Warehouse Operations. This position involves managing daily activities such as inventory control, shipping, receiving, and team supervision. The Assistant Warehouse Manager will assist in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring safety compliance, and helping to resolve any operational issues that arise.
Responsibilities
· Work with warehouse manager to ensure all receiving is done properly and all product is checked in.
· Check product received for damages.
· Check trucks for proper fluids and proper equipment is loaded before each shift.
· Manage prebuilding of office furniture in warehouse.
· Manage office furniture storage in warehouse.
· Work with operations to ensure upcoming jobs are pre built and pulled ready for the delivery date.
· Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
· Keep inventory of equipment leaving and coming back from jobs.

Pay range is up to $32/hr DOE.
