What the Role Involves:
- Sourcing and evaluating a wide range of commercial real estate investment opportunities, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties.
- Performing in-depth financial modeling, underwriting, and due diligence to assess the viability of potential investments.
- Collaborating closely with senior team members to develop investment strategies and execute transactions.
- Preparing investment presentations, memos, and reports for internal stakeholders and investors.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals to stay informed on market trends and opportunities.
Who They’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, or related fields.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
