What You’ll Do: Own It. Lead It. Optimize It.🔹 Oversee the daily flow of goods — receiving, storing, and distributing inventory like a pro.
🔹 Implement and maintain inventory control systems that eliminate errors and boost accuracy.
🔹 Lead and inspire a team — coach, mentor, and create a culture of collaboration and performance. 💪
🔹 Keep the warehouse running safely and smoothly by enforcing safety policies and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment. 🦺
🔹 Track performance metrics and identify areas to improve processes and reduce costs.
🔹 Coordinate logistics with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to keep everything moving on time. 🚚
🔹 Monitor warehouse equipment, especially the forklift fleet, ensuring safety and proper maintenance. 🛠️
🔹 Manage incoming/outgoing shipments — from scheduling carriers to preparing shipping docs and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
🔹 Work closely with Customer Service to resolve order issues with speed and care.
🔹 Build and lead a tight-knit, high-functioning warehouse team. 🎯
