This role is designed to support the daily operations of the Peoria Transit program by handling a range of tasks. Key responsibilities include managing customer reservations over the phone, efficiently scheduling and dispatching Transit Operators on optimal routes, offering general customer service, and providing entry-level administrative assistance.

The ideal candidate for this position will have
- Practical technical skills combined with strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal team members and external contacts.
- Excellent reading, writing, and basic math skills.
