The Opportunity:
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our executive leadership team and drive the next phase of Aeries Technology’s growth journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on expanding our client base and service offerings within the private equity ecosystem.
- Cultivate and leverage relationships within the PE industry to drive new business and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, delivery, and operations to align growth initiatives with business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, including M&A, strategic alliances, and product/service innovation.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong unit economics and client satisfaction.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven track record of growth leadership in a professional services, consulting, or technology firm.
- Deep network and direct experience within the Private Equity industry—either by working in a PE firm or in a leadership role serving PE-backed companies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify, structure, and close complex deals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at pace in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Location:
- The ideal candidate will be based in the NYC metro area, with a strong preference for proximity to key financial hubs. We are also open to candidates located in Boston, Washington D.C., Chicago, or Miami.
