Director, Operations - P&L Management
SUMMARY:
The Director, Operations - P&L Management is responsible for supervising all financial facets of the business across the region for our clients. This includes managing monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, monthly closing processes, budgeting, forecasting, and more. Moreover, this position entails strategically assessing and analyzing workforce strategies, covering staffing, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, analytics, roll call, and dispatch for our client groups & workforce.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Review and evaluate current workforce processes company-wide, including but not limited to: reporting, scheduling, staffing, analytics, and establish best practices in order to maximize productivity
- Oversee all financial-related aspects of our business
- Maintain profit & loss, forecasting and budgeting standards
- Utilize analytics to strategically review and/or analyze current KPI’s and other statistics
- Play a crucial role in ensuring that the workforce is appropriately managed, and the organization's staffing decisions are based on accurate data and thorough analysis
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to the Workforce Administrators to enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization's staffing processes and strategies
- Engage in analyzing performance trends and Profit & Loss data, working closely with management teams to identify and address deficiencies and adverse trends in workforce management
- Collaborate on developing and implementing effective solutions to enhance overall performance and optimize workforce efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of Profit & Loss experience required
- 7+ years of finance experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- 7+ years of workforce management experience preferred
- Posses keen business insight coupled with strong communication abilities
- Demonstrate analytical prowess, meticulous organization, and a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
- Extensive pre-employment screening process.
