Glass & Glazing Project Manager
We’re currently partnered with a well-established and highly respected glass and glazing contractor based in San Diego, CA, actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite position offering the opportunity to lead some of the region’s most exciting and high-profile commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Manage and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications
- Lead coordination efforts between field operations and office teams
- Regularly review and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications
- Proactively address and resolve project-related challenges to maintain project momentum

Requirements
- 5–15 years of project management experience in the commercial glass & glazing industry
- Proven success managing complex, high-value commercial glazing projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and manage construction documents and shop drawings
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule expectations
