Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Remote Office Assistant at EPSILON FLOORS INC. The Remote Office Assistant will be responsible for managing phone communication with professional phone etiquette, providing administrative assistance, operating office equipment, and performing clerical tasks. Day-to-day tasks also include scheduling appointments, handling data entry, managing emails, and assisting in general office duties to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Ability to operate Office Equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
