Position
Full Time/Part Time Experienced Paralegal (minimum 1 year of experience)
Location:
Remote position with no daily office commute.
Must reside in CA.
Essential Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor’s degree and successful completion of an ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate course.
- 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation or real estate.
- Strong team player; our firm values collaboration and camaraderie.
- Technologically adept, given our virtual working model.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft OneDrive, and Adobe Pro DC
- Understanding of Civil Procedure, efiling, judicial council forms, discovery, calendaring, case management, virtual court appearance procedure, and drafting on pleading paper required.
- Exceptional legal research, oratory, and writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Clio, OneLegal, and Lawyaw preferred but not required
- Spanish language proficiency.
