Workday Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with supply chain stakeholders to resolve system issues and evaluate enhancements, upgrades, or transitions.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for a cloud-based platform supporting supply chain functions.
- Configure modules related to procurement and inventory in collaboration with domain experts.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot user issues, and manage enhancement requests.
- Prioritize and resolve tickets in line with service expectations.
- Communicate resolutions clearly to end users.
- Support system rollouts and updates by assisting with change management and user adoption efforts.
- Participate in internal audits and support IT control processes.
- Monitor system updates and industry trends to recommend improvements.
