Insight Global is hiring a fulltime employee for our client who is looking for a Service Associate to be onsite at their Washington location. They are seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a service associate. In this role, you will be converting data from existing policy administration system to new system. Entering and/or updating electronic bond records using both 3rd party websites and proprietary software. Comparing data from spreadsheets and updating systems. Utilizing Commercial Surety Robotic Process Automation to update bond records and attachments. Converting all documents to PDF with specific naming conventions.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Data Entry
- 2-3 years of MS Excel- 2003
- 2-3 years of utilizing commercial surety robotic process automation
