We are looking for a committed and diligent Inventory Management Manager to join our team in Redmond. Your Role
- Shipping/Receiving: Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving, including freight shipments. Ensure accurate and timely communication of shipping and receiving details to Designated Responsible Individuals (DRIs).
- Asset Distribution: Oversee the check-in and check-out process of assets in the library. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling and storage of assets. Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and that assets are properly tracked.
- Daily Audits: Conduct daily audits of assets to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
- Asset Labeling: Create and apply labels to assets. Ensure that all assets are properly labeled and tracked in the inventory system.
Offsite Location Asset Transportation: Coordinate and manage the transportation of assets to and from offsite locations. Ensure that all transported assets are accounted for and properly documented.
Your skills and experience
- Previous experience in logistics, asset management, or a related field, particularly with high-security or military assets
- Skills: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, DRIs, and external collaborators
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and transport heavy items as needed for asset management and logistics tasks
Additional Information
Location: This position may require travel to various locations, including offsite facilities within a 30-minute drive from the main location.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
