File Clerk-HR Department (Entry-Level) to join their team.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate for the File Clerk-HR Department (Entry-Level) will be responsible for maintaining and organizing employee records, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of important documents, and supporting the HR team with clerical tasks.
Responsibilities Of The File Clerk-HR Department (Entry-Level)
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic employee files.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
- Retrieve and deliver files as requested by HR personnel.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a document management system.
- Perform data entry and update employee information in HR databases.
- Prepare and sort documents for filing and scanning.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes by managing paperwork.
- Respond to file requests from HR staff and other departments.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents.
Required Experience/Skills for the File Clerk-HR Department (Entry-Level):
- Proven experience as a File Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment and filing systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional education in office administration or a related field is a plus.
