GHR Healthcare is looking for a Creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll support our brand marketing efforts through graphic design, event coordination, and campaign support. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of marketing channels—including social media, email, and internal communications—while collaborating with a dynamic team.
This hybrid role works three days in-office at our Blue Bell, PA headquarters and reports to the Marketing Director.
Job Responsibilities
- Design a variety of marketing materials—including print collateral, social media assets (organic and paid), video, and presentations—aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create content for internal company communications and staff use, ensuring that employees understand and represent the brand effectively.
- Support brand awareness campaigns and refine brand positioning and business line services in all marketing touchpoints.
- Assist Marketing Director with planning and execution of events, trade shows, sponsorships, and partnerships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage inventory of branded promotional items and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate event logistics with third-party vendors.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams—marketing, IT, divisional leaders, executives, and internal recruitment teams to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
- Provide support on various marketing projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or design; agency experience is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media/Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
- Attention to detail, effective time management, and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience crafting social media content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ability to analyze competitor insights, customer feedback, and performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Collaborative mindset to work across teams and with external partners.
