Contract Duration: 12 months + open to Full Time extension
Scope:
Provide administrative and basic technical support such as scheduling, preparing presentations, monitoring time lines and budgets, creating reports, attending meetings, and acting as liaisons to various departments and organizations.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Close proximity to Either Maine office or Frisco. Come in to office 2x a week and work remotely the rest of the week. Maine is 1st preference and Frisco is 2nd
•Reviewing contracts as they come from sales rep
•Reach out to customer to set up welcome call and discuss life of the project and timeline of implementation and schedule diff appointments and Go-Live date.
•Client facing and working with internal resources depending on the type of project it is
•Should be very organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
•Knowledge of PM systems and tools will be helpful. They use GuideCX.
•2 Rounds of interview
•Candidates with experience in client onboarding for diff software is a plus.
EDUCATION:
• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Strong computer skills - MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
• Database/Access experience preferred
• Ability to devise tracking systems and efficient reporting
• Ability to learn to update internal website
• Effective project administration skills and/or task management skills. Project management skills a plus.
