ONIVERSE is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Coordinator with a strong background in Excel, data entry, and HRIS management to join our dynamic team!
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for data accuracy while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
This is a hybrid position which requires physical presence in the office 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & HRIS Management:
- Accurately enter and update employee data in the HRIS, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS to maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Assist in generating HR reports, analyzing data trends, and supporting management with data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data flow within HR systems.
Document Management:
- Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring all documentation is properly stored, secure, and easily accessible when needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements for document management.
- Assist in preparing and distributing company agreements and documents for eligible employees.
- Support the HR team in ensuring all new hire documents are completed in accordance with company procedures and timelines.
Onboarding & Employee Support:
- Provide administrative support during the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and training materials are provided.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless employee experience.
Additional HR Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating the timely distribution of bonuses and other employee incentives.
- Support other HR functions as required, including employee relations, benefits administration, and general HR support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with data entry, HRIS systems, and Excel (advanced proficiency).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role.
- Familiarity with other HR software tools and reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to HR documentation and employee records.
