They come to Guidepoint when they have urgent business and qualitative industry research needs that require direct interaction with industry experts to deliver the most accurate and efficient results.
We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the CEO.
Job responsibilities include:
Manage VP's calendar, scheduling, phones and correspondence
Coordinate client meetings
Plan and manage international, national and local travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car service)
- Liaise with IT team to address computer/phone/network/misc. tech issues
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations memos
- Coordinate mailings (regular mail/Fedex/client holiday gifts/etc)
Maintain executive’s contacts (social and business) with integrity and discretion
Varied personal errands
Support planning of company events
Perform special projects and complete other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive with developed decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
- Polished, poised and professional
- Experience scheduling local, national and international travel
