The Analytics team supports the End-to-End Supply Chain by developing advanced analytics, primarily focused on enhancing logistics efficiency and performance. We lead and develop talent to cultivate insightful data visualizations and analytics solutions. By collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, we ensure alignment, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Our mission is to find opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies and elevated service through innovative analytics.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the SCP&A Analytics and Modeling teams to plan, model, optimize, and simulate the E2E Logistics Network and drive data-driven decision-making through the development of analysis and data visualization
- Lead the teams in the development and execution of tactical-to-strategic logistics plans; advanced analytics technologies to model, optimize, and simulate expected performance; describe results through advanced data visualizations
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and service improvements
- Work with Directors in SCP&A and Logistics to build business strategies and roadmaps.
- Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, finance, merchandising, and technology teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement
- Reports to Director, SCP&A
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management with a strong focus on data analytics and planning; 4+ years of prior leadership experience
- Proven track record of managing and leading analytics and/or modeling teams, including coaching and mentoring team members
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools for data analytics use cases
- Familiarity with supply chain management/optimization software, database/data repositories, logistics management systems, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory planning, and demand forecasting
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field (required)
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations Research, or Supply Chain Management (preferred)
