The Analytics team supports the End-to-End Supply Chain by developing advanced analytics, primarily focused on enhancing logistics efficiency and performance. We lead and develop talent to cultivate insightful data visualizations and analytics solutions. By collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, we ensure alignment, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Our mission is to find opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies and elevated service through innovative analytics.
Role Summary
- Develops supply chain models for Optimization and/or Simulation use cases
- Develops data extract, transform and load (ETL) processes to input supply chain data to models
- Ability to use open-source languages and/or algorithms for data-manipulation, analysis, modeling, and/or process-automation purposes
- Develops appropriate supply chain metrics, create data visualizations and presentations to highlight findings accordingly
- Collaborates with stakeholders to obtain and/or validate information, assumptions, and findings
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and refine network strategy and operational design.
- Uses tools such as Supply Chain Guru, open-source languages, and Excel Solver to develop and implement optimization models, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across the network
- Extracts and manipulates complex data sets using SQL, Python, etc., and summarizes findings in comprehensive presentations for senior leadership
- Presents analytical findings to senior leadership, translating data-driven insights into actionable business strategies
- Leads analytics projects from start to finish
- Use machine learning techniques, including but not limited to linear regression, time series forecasting, XG Boost, and Random Forest, in predictive analytics. strong proficiency in identifying patterns and predicting future trends in supply chain data.

Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject area (such as operations research, computer science or business analytics) or equivalent experience in an analytics-focused supply chain management program
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative subject area or additional supply chain and analytics education, training, or certification from professional organizations such as CSCMP, APICS, edX, or Coursera
