About The Role
Join our fast-paced and collaborative
Consumer Revenue Creative team, where we develop multi-channel creative marketing assets to drive consumer subscriptions and revenue across print, digital, membership programs (such as AD Pro), and commerce/continuity businesses (including subscription boxes).
We're seeking a
Project Management Coordinator with a proven ability to manage high-volume creative operations and production workflows. This role is key to ensuring our cross-functional teams deliver exceptional creative assets that support consumer growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project management for CRM, Acquisition, Commerce, and Box Continuity marketing initiatives. Creative assets include: email campaigns, site ads, landing pages, paid social, premiums, and print materials.
- Monitor and manage incoming project requests via Airtable. Collaborate with marketing teams to gather necessary details, assign projects based on team capacity, and track key deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date folders for brand assets, guidelines, and final creative files in shared Google Drive directories.
- Manage image rights and permissions, including requests through Montrose (print image library) and coordination with Business Affairs/syndication teams (for digital).
- Maintain repositories for final creative deliverables and assist in gathering performance metrics to support campaign reporting.
- Contribute to quarterly reporting via our project management tools.
- Ensure teams stay aligned and informed on timelines and deliverables by supporting Project Managers across various workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks, suggest optimizations, and help implement process improvements to streamline creative execution.
- Assist the Director of Project Management with onboarding new talent and system setup.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in project management within a creative, marketing, or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows and creative development processes.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and effective with both creative and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, often with tight and competing deadlines.
- Collaborative, flexible, and solutions-oriented with a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with direct response marketing, cross-channel campaign management, and brand storytelling.
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Airtable, Trello, Google Workspace, and an understanding of design platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
