Description:
We are seeking a Temporary Warehouse Receiving & Inventory Coordinator to support our merchandise operations by ensuring accurate inventory counts, compliance with packing and labeling standards, and on-time processing in coordination with our third-party warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience in warehouse receiving and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between Bravado and third-party warehouse teams to ensure alignment on outbound schedules and priorities.
Track and report on inventory accuracy, stock levels, and receiving status to internal teams.
Assist in resolving inventory variances by reconciling warehouse reports with internal inventory data.
Support cycle counts and periodic inventory reconciliations as needed.
Oversee inbound shipments and work with third-party warehouse teams to ensure accurate receiving and documentation of inventory.
Conduct physical inventory audits to verify quantities received against packing lists and system records.
Ensure merchandise is properly labeled, packed, and organized according to company compliance standards.
Work with warehouse partners to ensure all received inventory is systemically ingested and available for fulfillment in a timely manner.
Verify and ensure correct SKU labeling and barcoding to avoid discrepancies in inventory management systems.
Monitor warehouse handling of merchandise to ensure compliance with internal packaging, shipping, and storage guidelines.
Escalate any discrepancies, damages, or non-compliance issues to the Operations Manager for resolution.
Skills:
Experience: 1-3 years of warehouse receiving, inventory management, or logistics experience (merchandise or retail industry preferred).
Strong understanding of inventory control processes, SKU tracking, and warehouse operations.
Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) is a plus.
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination with warehouse teams.
Ability to life and move merchandise as needed during inventory tasks.
On-site warehouse environment, requiring physical activity including walking, lifting, and inspecting inventory.
May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting boxes or merchandise.
Standard working hours, with occasional overtime based on inventory demands.
Education:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
